
AUDIENCE
Existing audience- Judging by The Museum of the Moving Image most successful social media handle, Facebook, it can be assumed that the existing audience is 25+. It has been the museum's goal to welcome everyone from different ages and genders. We would like to see this tradition continue and be enhanced by welcoming a more diverse demographic in addition.
Target Audience- Our target audience is 13-24 of all ethnicities who speak a variety of languages. The reason we are targeting 13-24 is that it is this age group that is the largest demographics on Instagram and Snapchat. In the past, the museum has leaned heavily on the Facebook user and Youtube. Our hope is to broaden the target as not to exhaust the audience resources and to establish a projection that provides stability in future earnings.
